If you have any updates, contact William Haloupek. I updated both of these lists in 2019. First I sent emails to 147 addrsses, many of which were from 1999 or 2000. More than half of these bounced immediately, and only 14 people responded. So the lists of queries and researched surnames are now much shorter, but hopefully contain fewer dead ends. Please let me know if I have made any mistakes, or if you have a new entry that you would like to add.
